Commander Philip Leslie Goddard, R.N., Retired (29 January, 1881 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Goddard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1902.

Goddard was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 31 December, 1910.

Goddard was promoted to the rank of Acting Commander on 5 September, 1917.

Post-War

Goddard was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Commander on 29 January, 1923.
