Vice-Admiral Patrick Edward Parker, D.S.O., Royal Navy, Retired (17 March, 1881 – 19 August, 1941) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
On 22 February, 1918, he was appointed in command of the monitor Sir John Moore[1]
