Captain Newton James Wallop William-Powlett, D.S.C., (26 June, 1896 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

William-Powlett entered the Royal Navy with the May 1909 intake term at the Training Establishment. He passed out with sixty-one other midshipmen in April, 1913 ranked twenty-sixth in order of merit on his examinations.[1] William-Powlett was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the patrol boat P31 on 11 November, 1920.[2]
