Murray Thomas Parks

Captain (retired) Murray Thomas Parks, (11 August, 1862 – 23 November, 1932) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Born in Liverpool.
Parks was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 September, 1885.
Parks was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1896.
Parks was placed on the Retired List at his own request with rank of Captain on 15 August, 1908. He served during the war, briefly managing a radio station before being appointed censorship officer at Land's End from March to 15 November 1915, at which time he reverted to the Retired List.
