The Marine dans la Zone des Armées du Nord or Z.A.N. (Naval Forces in the Zone of the Northern Armies) was the Formation of the French Navy allocated to the Channel coast of France in the First World War. It was created in the re-organisation of commands on May 1, 1916. The Deuxième Escadre Légère (Second Light Squadron) had previously had responsibility for this area.
