Captain (retired) Leicester Francis Gartside-Tippinge, C.B.E., R.N. (28 October, 1855 – 30 September, 1938) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Gartside-Tippinge was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 4 February, 1881.
Gartside-Tippinge was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1894.
Gartside-Tippinge was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Captain on 14 May, 1902.
