Lieutenant-Commander Lawrence Raikes Higgins, (5 March, 1890 – 25 January, 1930) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Higgins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 April, 1912

Higgins was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 April, 1922.

Retired at his own request with gratuity on 4 July 1929.

Found dead in a "bedroom full of gas" on 25 January, 1930.
