Chief Gunner James Hill, R.N. (21 April, 1871 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hill was granted the acting rank of Gunner on 3 July, 1902 and confirmed in the rank on 19 November, 1903.
Hill was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 91 on 9 May, 1912.[1]
On 1 August, 1914, Hill was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 026.[2]
Hill was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 3 July, 1917.
