Hugh Lindsay Patrick Heard was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Heard was made captain of Magnificent in May, 1912 until some time in 1913.[1]

He was appointed to command the destroyer Duncan on 3 July, 1915.[2]

He was appointed to command battlecruiser Renown on 7 January, 1919.[3]

He was appointed to command the battleship Centurion on 1 March, 1919.[4]
