Admiral SIR Hugh Henry Darby Tothill, K.C.B., K.C.M.G., K.C.V.O., Royal Navy (14 March, 1865 – 25 September, 1927) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Early Life & Career
Tothill was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1900.[1]
Captain
Tothill was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1905.[2]
Great War
Tothill was appointed in command of the dreadnought battleship Conqueror on 22 December, 1914.[3] Tothill was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 17 April, 1917, vice Hunter.[4] On 31 May, he replaced Rear-Admiral Lionel Halsey as Fourth Sea Lord.[5]
Post-War
Tohill was promoted to the rank of Admiral on 1 March, 1926.[6]
