Howard James Lionel Walter Kox Willcox, O.B.E. (2 February, 1875 – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Willcox was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1897.[1]

Willcox was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1909.[2]

Willcox was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1915.[3]

Willcox was appointed in command of the light cruiser Coventry in February, 1919. In October, he was appointed Naval Assistant to the Director of Transports.[4]
