Captain Herbert Reginald Norbury, C.B., Royal Navy (21 May, 1876 – 15 March, 1967) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

He was promoted to Captain in the New Year of 1914.

He was appointed in command of Talbot on 1 August, 1914.[1]

He retired from the Service in 1923.

Norbury died on 15 March, 1967, at 88 Albion Gate, London.[2] His wife, Violet, had died on the 10th, being buried on the 15th.[3]
