Vice-Admiral Henry Rawdon Veale, Royal Navy, Retired (14 August, 1873 – 28 May, 1953) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1912.
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Exmouth on 6 February, 1914.[1]
He was appointed in command of the battlecruiser Indomitable 1 March, 1919.[2]
Veale died in a nursing home at Wells, Somerset, on 28 May, 1953.[3]
