Henry Bernard Rawlings

Admiral SIR Henry Bernard Rawlings G.B.E., K.C.B. (21 May, 1889 – 30 September, 1962) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Rawlings was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 11 on 21 October, 1914.[1]
Rawlings was appointed in command of the battleship Valiant in August, 1939.
