Lieutenant-Commander Harry MacLeod Fraser, R.N. (15 May, 1878 – 15 July, 1924) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Tirhost, India, Fraser gained nine months' time on passing out of Britannia.

Fraser was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 October, 1900.

Fraser was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 Octobert, 1908.

Fraser was appointed in command of the destroyer Boyne on 31 July, 1912.[1]

He was appointed in command of the destroyer Swale on 7 February, 1913.[2]

In August, 1914, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Doon.[3]

He was placed on the Retired List on 8 February, 1916, having been suffering from some unspecified medical condition since 1903.

Fraser died as a result of a motor accident.
