Harold Ernest Browne ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Browne was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1906.[1]

Browne was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Apollo on 13 October, 1911.[2]
