H.M.S. Witch was one of fifteen destroyers of the Modified "W" class.

Service

Witch not enter service until March, 1924.

She was re-commissioned at Malta on 19 May, 1924 for service with the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla.[7]

She re-commissioned at Portsmouth on 27 April, 1926 for service with the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla in the Mediterranean.[8]

The ship re-commissioned on 21 August, 1928 for service with the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla in the Mediterranean.[9]

Witch was re-commissioned in Reserve at Portsmouth on 15 May, 1931,[10] and commissioned there again for service on the China Station on 22 November, 1931.[11]

She was commissioned at Devonport on 2 September, 1936.[12]
