Service

Commissioned at Portsmouth on 31 October, 1910. In early 1913, she was attached to the Third Battle Squadron, but was ordered to join the Second Light Cruiser Squadron in mid-1913.[7]

Recommissioned at Sheerness 15 October, 1913.[8]

Recommissioned at Malta on 24 March, 1920.[9]

Alterations

Weymouth was fitted with a director in June, 1917. This alteration required her pole mast to be replaced with a tripod mast for greater rigidity.[10]

The conflict between Buchanan and Ramsey should be explored.
