H.M.S. Tristram was one of sixty-two "R" class destroyers completed for the Royal Navy in 1916-17.

Service

Tristram joined the Thirteenth Destroyer Flotilla in July, 1917.[8]

She was reduced to C. & M. Party at Portsmouth on 17 October, 1919.[9]
