Sutton paid off 25 October, 1919.[7]
In January, 1921, she was at Southampton, one of twenty-eight paid off minesweepers there.[8]
Commissioned 22 March 1927 for service with the First Minesweeping Flotilla.[9]
Re-commissioned on 23 January, 1935 in the Reserve Fleet at The Nore.[10]
