H.M.S. Retriever was one of 62 destroyers of the "R" class.

Service

Recommissioned in Reserve at the Nore on 8 December, 1919.[8]

Re-commissioned on 12 January, 1925.[9]

In August of 1925, Retriever, along with Raider, Rocket and Redgauntlet of the Portland Anti-Submarine Flotilla were selected to be scrapped.[10]
