H.M.S. Proserpine was one of eleven Pelorus class cruisers completed for the Royal Navy between 1898 and 1901.

Service

Proserpine commissioned at Malta on 26 February, 1913 for service in the Mediterranean.[7]

Proserpine re-commissioned at Sheerness on 9 January, 1914.[8]
