Service
She was re-commissioned at Malta on 1 September, 1928[1] and proceeded with her sister, Oxley for Australia.
Otway paid off on 9 April 1931 for transfer to the Royal Navy, commissioning the next day as H.M.S. Otway.[2] She was assigned first to the First Submarine Flotilla[3], then to the Fifth Submarine Flotilla.[4]
