H.M.S. Lee (1899)
Builder: William Doxford & Sons[1]
Ordered: 1897-98 Programme[2]
Laid down: 4 Jan, 1898[3]
Launched: 27 Jan, 1899[4]
Commissioned: Mar, 1901[5]
Wrecked: 5 Oct, 1909[6]

H.M.S. Lee was one of forty "C" class destroyers built for the Royal Navy — a "30 knotter".

She was lost before the war.

Service

Lee participated in the Annual Manoeuvres of 1901, but I can find no record of anyone being appointed in command.

Lee arrived at Sheerness with six other destroyers from the North Sea on 1 October, 1901.[7]

Captains

Dates of appointment are provided when known.
