H.M.S. G 3 was one of 14 submarines of the "G" class.

Service

By late 1920, she was one of six "G" class submarines in reserve at Portsmouth as the "L" group under the collective command of Lieutenant Humphrey G. Veale, tender to Dolphin.[7]
