H.M.S. Eden was one of 36 destroyers of the "River" class.
Service
Eden completed a re-tubing refit on 11 April, 1913 and was re-commissioned at Haulbowline for service with the Ninth Destroyer Flotilla, where she replaced the Wear.[9]
In March, 1915, she moved to join the Seventh Destroyer Flotilla, a Patrol Flotilla in Home and Atlantic Waters. She stayed only until August, when she transferred to the Portsmouth Local Defence Flotilla.
