Service
She recommissioned 1 March, 1919.[2]
Carlisle re-commissioned on 3 February, 1923.[3]
Re-commissioned at Devonport on 3 September, 1929 for duty with the Sixth Cruiser Squadron on the Africa Station.[4]

Listed in June 1918 as one of 8 light cruisers to receive a Mark III* Dreyer Table, presumably in place at time of completion.[5]
