H.M.S. Bee was one of twelve gunboats of the "Insect" class. She served on the China Station.

Service

Bee commissioned on 16 March, 1916.[7] In early 1929, she was bearing the Rear-Admiral and Senior Naval Officer, Yangtse, H. J. Tweedie.
