Gordon Alston Coles ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Coles was appointed in command of the destroyer Boxer on 12 January, 1910.[1]

On 25 June, 1913, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Ambuscade.[2] He was her captain at the Battle of Jutland, operating as part of the Fourth Destroyer Flotilla.[3]
