Captain George Michael Keane, R.N. (30 May, 1875 – 2 February, 1957) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of Sir Richard Keane, Bart..

Keane was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 31 December, 1896.

Keane was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 August, 1906.

Keane was appointed in command of the second class protected cruiser Medea on 16 October, 1912.[1]

Keane was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1914.
