Frederick Secker Bell

Captain Frederick Secker Bell, C.B. (17 August, 1897 – 23 November, 1973) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 June, 1918.
Bell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 June, 1926.
Bell was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1931.
Bell was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1938.
Retired 8 January, 1948.
