Commander (retired) Frederick Close Crawford Kennedy (4 May, 1889 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1910.[1]

Kennedy was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1918.[2]

In 1921, his drawing skills had been noted as average, and he possessed a "slight knowledge of engines."

He was appointed to Tiger on 24 January, 1924. He left her in October. In April, 1925, he was appointed to the Barracks at Pembroke as an Assistant to the Drafting Commander. [3]

Kennedy was placed on the Retired List by his own request, being advanced to the rank of Commander, on 4 May, 1932.[4]
