Commander (retired) Frederic Vernon Isaac, (9 June, 1848 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Isac was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 29 December, 1871.

Isaac was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 15 March, 1893.
