Francis Arthur Marten ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1916.
He was appointed command of the destroyer Inconstant on 21 August, 1917,[1] remaining in command until the end of war.
