Lieutenant Ernest Loftus Colley-Grattan, R.N. (24 June, 1884 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Colley-Grattan ranked twenty-first among 62 successful candidates in examinations for entry to the Britannia intake term of September 1899, with 2363 marks.[1]
