Commander Eric Roland John Oddie, D.S.O., R.N. (10 April, 1903 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
As with many men born c. 1899 or later, his Service Records at The National Archives do not reflect activity between 1931 and 1939 or so.
Life & Career
Oddie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 January, 1926.[1]
Oddie was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 30 January, 1934.[2]
Oddie was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1940. He retired on 1 August, 1947.[3]
