Lieutenant Edward Wynter Bulteel (25 November, 1886 – 10 June, 1915) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Bulteel was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 June, 1909.
Bulteel was appointed Lieutenant & Commander of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 12 on 1 August, 1914.[1]
Bulteel received his first and only command when he was appointed in command of T.B. 12 in July 1914. He died when the boat sank after hitting a mine on 10 June, 1915.[2]
