Lieutenant Edward Wynter Bulteel ( – 10 June, 1915) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Bulteel was appointed Lieutenant & Commander of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 12 on 1 August, 1914.[1]

He died when his T.B. 12 sank after hitting a mine on 10 June, 1915.[2]
