Edward William Elphinstone Wemyss ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
He was appointed command of the battleship Cæsar on 4 June, 1912.[1]
He was appointed command of the second class protected cruiser Isis on 20 April, 1907.[2]
