Lieutenant Edward Schuyler Rodd Butlin, (14 January, 1893 – 10 June, 1922) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Butlin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August, 1914.

Early in the war, he served in Forward, Black Prince, Matchless and Thruster.

Some time around March 1921, he failed to control a refusal of duty by men under his charge.

He died in an automobile accident.
