Commander Edward Kirby le Mesurier, (11 December, 1903 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Awarded the Goodenough Medal for being the Sub-Lieutenant who achieved the highest gunnery examination for the year and who also achieved a first-class certificate in seamanship.

Le Mesurier was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1925. Le Mesurier was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1937.[1]
