Rear-Admiral Edward Kelly, Royal Navy (26 April, 1836 – 16 January, 1892) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Kelly was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant 3 June, 1856.

Kelly was promoted to the rank of Commander 1 March, 1865.

Kelly was promoted to the rank of Captain on 22 October, 1870.

Kelly was appointed a naval Aide-de-Camp to Queen Victoria dated 31 March, 1885, vice Arthur.[1]

Kelly was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on 15 June, 1887.
