Rear-Admiral Edward Cecil Villiers, C.M.G., Royal Navy, Retired (16 February, 1866 – 16 April, 1939) was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Villiers was placed on the Retired List, with the rank of Rear-Admiral (Retired); from 23 October, 1917.[1] -1917.
