Duncan West Roe

Duncan West Roe ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Roe was appointed in command of the destroyer Avon on 17 April, 1914.[1]
On 13 February, 1919, he was appointed in command of the depot ship Tyne.[2]
