Commander (retired) Dudley Burdett Dowling, O.B.E. (28 October, 1900 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Dowling was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 August, 1921.
Dowling was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 August, 1929.
Dowling was placed on the Retired List on account of age at the rank of Commander on 28 October, 1945.
