Commander (retired) Desmond Adair Stride (22 December, 1890 – ) was an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve who transferred into the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Stride was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 November, 1914.

Stride was appointed in command of the patrol boat P50 on 8 April, 1918.[1]

Stride was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 November, 1922.
