Lieutenant-Commander Derek Howard Secker, (20 April, 1902 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Secker was promoted to the rank of Midshipman on 15 September, 1919.[1] He was awarded the Shadwell Testimonial. Secker is gone from the Navy List by May, 1939.
