Vice-Admiral Denis Burke Crampton, M.V.O., D.S.O. ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Crampton was promoted to the rank of Captain on 22 June, 1911.[1]

He was fifth of fourteen captains in order of merit in a Royal Navy War College class of 2 March - 19 Jun, 1914.

In April 1915, he was appointed in command of the light cruiser Weymouth.[2]

He was appointed in command of the sloop Hindustan on 19 June, 1916.[3]
