Cruiser Force A was the official designation of the cruisers in company with the Royal Navy's Grand Fleet at the beginning of the First World War.

It comprised the First Battle Cruiser Squadron, the Second, Third, and Sixth Cruiser Squadrons, and the First Light Cruiser Squadron.[1] Vice-Admiral Sir David Beatty was the "Vice-Admiral Commanding" and therefore senior cruiser admiral.[2]

It seemed to fall out of the Navy List in January, 1915 and to be supplanted in March (at least) by the new designation of Battle Cruiser Fleet.[3][4]
