Rear-Admiral Crawford James Markland Conybeare, R.N., Retired (25 March, 1854 – 23 September, 1937) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Conybeare was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 3 November, 1876.
Conybeare was promoted to the rank of Commander on 20 May, 1884.
Conybeare was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1892 for services with the Naval Brigade forming part of the Soudan Expeditionary Force.
Conybeare was placed on the Retired List as unfit owing to lung problems on 11 June, 1896.
Conybeare was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral (retired) on 1 October, 1904.
